OUR HISTORY

The creator of MR.GOODBAR®, Michael Morozoff, started out going door to door, making custom window bars on the spot out of a mobile welding shop. People liked that his burglar bars were strong, and they loved that he could install the bars on the windows in a matter of hours. As business boomed, he struggled to keep up, he could have hired more people but what if their window bars weren't as well made as his?

So he invented MR.GOODBAR®, an easy-to-install, do-it-yourself, home security bar line. He designed the bars and a foolproof manufacturing process, and hired great people, many of whom are still with the company today.

The line was an immediate success and we've been creating, manufacturing and distributing fast, effective, affordable security products ever since. Morozoff, now retired, has handed his business to the children of the family who helped him in the beginning, and, as the new generation of MR.GOODBAR, we carry on with pride and care what our predecessor created.
